We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Please review our Return Policy below:

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  Non-Eligible Items:

• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@imperceptibleart.eu with your order number and reason for the return.

• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
  Shipping and Handling:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our fulfillment center.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  
  

Refunds:

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
